We’re part of the iMoney Group, whose divisions span corporate advisory and capital solutions, AI and technology, funds management, founder advisory, and media and events. iMoney Holdings Ltd (ABN 85 686 608 015) is the Group’s parent company. That gives the Fund a view of innovative companies across their whole life, and a focus on businesses with a competitive moat, proven product-market fit and a clear path to growth.

Andrew Hayes
Managing Director and Portfolio ManagerAndrew began his career at the Australian Stock Exchange in 1996 and spent more than a decade as a senior financial adviser, including with Westpac Financial Planning, EQT and Macquarie Bank. He has been a director of iMoney since 2013. He holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and Graduate Diplomas in Applied Finance and Investment and in Financial Planning, and is the author of four books on investing and building a business.
