Applying to the Fund
Applications are made online through the Fund Administrator, FundBase. The Fund is open to wholesale clients only, with a minimum investment of $25,000.

Not sure whether you qualify? Contact us or speak to your adviser or accountant. The Fund Administrator will ask for evidence of your wholesale status when you apply.
Three steps to apply
Read the Information Memorandum
It sets out the Fund’s terms, fees and risks. Request a copy if you don’t have one.
Confirm your wholesale status
You’ll usually need a certificate from a qualified accountant, dated within the last two years, or evidence that another wholesale test applies to you.

Open the online application directly, or email the Fund Administrator for a link.

By completing an Application Form you make an irrevocable offer to become an investor and agree to be bound by the Trust Deed and the terms of the Information Memorandum and Application Form.
